Located and designed scenic overlook constructed of native stone, including production of an engaging interpretive plaque.

This interpretive wayside is frequently used by local schools to give students an understanding of how titanic geological forces and 10,000 years of human history have combined to create a common, yet beautifully inspiring, landscape.

State Entrance Marker Rehabilitation Program

Inventoried existing conditions and developed construction documents for rehabilitating sixteen rustic stone and timber entrances markers and signs constructed during the Great Depression by the WPA and CCC on major highways entering the state. Including a new design for the obverse (departing) side of the wooden sign based on Minnesota’s 1937 State Highway Map.
